Yesterday's my girlfriend's birthday. I only get to see her for roughly around two hours, ate some sushi, gave her my homemade present (the pennyless boyfriend hahaha!), then she had to leave for another occasion cum celebration (of some sort) later that evening. And today's her mom's birthday and I have a phone call to make.
Now, I have earlier on promised to write on silverchair's new album Young Modern.
Well, there it is.
Who's the most annoying person on TV?

This is Erie Chorus. I once mentioned to Pa'an (of Telephony Delivery fame) that one of the duo's member looks a wee bit like him; the guy on the left hand side of the picture. I wanted to paste one picture of Telephony Delivery with a very obvious Pa'an in it so everyone who's reading this can compare and contrast (sort of). I have however obtained one track from thier... uh... EP I suppose (due to lack of information), a song entitled Favourite Fotos. Also included one Telephony Delivery song taken from their EP Living in Vivified Enclosures entitled Faux Fiancee Foe Pt.2.
I am not going to comment much on the EP but I have to say it has one of the least satisfying production work. I can't help it but after seeing them performing live in all that eardrum-shredding experience, the CD somehow has toned them down into somewhat a mellow, laidback band - when actually they are far more technical, more complex, more aggressive, and more noisy (indeed) than the rather subdued sound that comes out of my CD player.
I have only managed to watch two of their live performances (Telephony Delivery's) but the next time they are going to play in a gig, let's call the gig "Band Wrestling". Play another one hundred show like that Pa'an and you'll be as skinny as Sheila Majid. (Which then I couldn't imagine the horror of having to look at you straight into the eye)
Damn it I have been waiting for more than one hour and Vox still couldn't finish uploading Telephony Delivery's mp3 so I decided to cancel it and post it another time. Maybe by then I can obtain a picture or two of Telephony Delivery. Until then, enjoy Erie Chorus.
