I wanted to, as much, talk about my short film but nothing has been (the working) anywhere near honeymoon. So, for a perfect distraction, let's talk about something else.
Let's talk about music.
I have recently (read: before the 24th of november mark) discovered this another great addition to the already growing list of whining, whimpering, soft-singing male singer songwriter, starting with... um... Magnet(?). This one's called Summer Hymns. Folk acoustic stuff. Nice melody, cool singing. Didn't catch the lyric but suppose it sounds kind of positive, which helps a lot if you've been addicted to those 'helpless' 'hopeless' mushy dark tunes of... well... Magnet. The old saying goes: "In every cloud, there's a silver lining" (correct me if I'm wrong). Summer Hymns is like the silver lining, but without the cloud.
Now that you are clicking away to that horrible logo on the left listening to the two tracks by Summer Hymns offered very kindly of me (without permission), let's now talk about the short movie. This may sound like a tragedy to Pa'an and Telephony Delivery. I am three days worth of working hour behind; I have yet to edit the whole movie, add the soundtrack part, the voice-over part, the finalizing part.
Bam! I am doomed.
But no sweat. I am very good at working in the very last minute. In fact, I only do my work at the very last minute (to quote from Calvin & Hobbes).
In another related story, the Trans Titiwangsa trip was a lot of fun. I'll never regret the bruised shins, and itchy skins, and worn muscles I obtained from the 8 day trip. I'll post some pictures later once I got it from various sources all over the campus.
Silver lining without the cloud. Hmm, I wonder what that could infer to...
