Name-dropping
I'm not feeling well today, thanks to last night's rising body temperature which gave way to sore throat, woke up at 3:30 a.m to a very painful sore throat and couldn't get any sleep after that. If you're starting to imagine I look like a zombie this morning in the office - you bet. So much for wearing a nice shirt with black pants, nicely tucked in, but not ironed though; I feel like going to the office in my pajama. Not that I have any pajama though.
I had a particularly nice dream though last night, which involves going to a friend's house, carrying a five year-old or something boy in my left arm, riding a bicycle, witnessing an accident which caused a massive traffic jam, climbing up a spiral stairs up to a villa on a hill, only to be greeted by what looked like a Naza showroom in PJ, the one beside the Federal highway. A host of exotic, expensive, sports car. I can't recall all of them although I remember first seeing a red Lotus, which is an unusual shade for the plastic road-going go-kart sports car made in Norfolk; a red Ferrari (I think it was the Modena, or the 430); a luxury MPV (that Toyota brand, can't remember what's the model's name); and a superbike! Ducati or something - which should be odd since real petrol heads like me doesn't really dig motorcycles. There was more to see before I woke up to this terrible sore throat. Damn sore throat.
But that's kind of unusual really because it has been quite sometime since I last had such a detailed dream. Come to think of it, I think I also saw a Proton Juara, the most embarrassing car that money can buy. Another spoiler. Oh, I think I also saw a bicycle. Yet another spoiler.
Ah, maybe it wasn't a nice dream after all.
